This report details
Sultan Alqubaisi , ( H00247456 – CLZ ) in C001 at 11:30 am, & his presentation
on the subject of human trafficking.
Sultan’s presentation
was about human trafficking and how this affects society. In his presentation
Sultan explained the causes and consequences of human trafficking. He provided
some facts about human trafficking and illustrated this with a list of
countries that have the highest level of human trafficking. Sultan explained
“Concerning traffickers, human trafficking brings high and quick profits with
few start-up costs.” He added that “Punishment for the crime of human
trafficking is lower than for trafficking drugs”.
Sultan’s appearance
was very professional; he was confident if a bit nervous and well prepared. The
audience could see clearly the huge effort that he put into his presentation.
Also he provided examples
and solutions about human trafficking, such as in certain countries and areas
human trafficking is legal. Furthermore, the slides were well organized and he
covered all the points and used APA formatted references about human
trafficking. That was evident because the ideas and the slideshow were represented
in a clear and attractive way.
In terms of his body
language he had constant eye contact with the audience and answered their
questions properly.
At the end, my overall
impression of Sultan’s presentation was a positive one; he designed and
delivered his message to the audience in a highly communicative way. I also
think that the presentation was highly effective and very competent.
